About HCP
HCP known as Haitian Community Partners is a Brockton-based organization comprised of a group of professionals. Members of the HCP work collaboratively with community-based organizations as well as local and national to improve access for underprivileged to, social services, immigration, youth leadership and health that are comprehensive, integrated and culturally sensitive appropriate. Haitians Community Partners foundation, Inc. (HCPF) was founded in 2013 by a group of residents from the Greater Brockton area.

Youth Leadership program
HCP Youth Leadership program in September 2014. Through HCP's Youth Leadership program, 12 young men and women have the opportunity to learn financial, career oriented and leadership skills through mentoring and training in their respective fields of interests.
